The true beauty of ultrarunning

This moment perfectly why I’ve fallen in love with running and especially trail and ultrarunning.

100 miles, 22 hours 59 minutes and 30 seconds for this moment

If anyones interested theres a great read on the origins of the Hardrock here

And for those interested in individuals take a look at what Kilian is currently doing with Summits of my Life

I would say that he must be the most talented endurance athlete or probably complete althete in the world right now

  1. If I can run one mile in 15 minutes, could I run 100 in 25 hours? How does it work?
I’ve never gone faster than a 12 minute mile, not even for a mile, but I wonder how long I could plod on for?? Maybe I should set aside a few hours to try😳 Mind you I think I’d need flat and daylight!
